Pluggerboard.com is a website that gives
event promoters, small businesses, and
entrepreneurs the ability to post their
paper flyers on the world wide web.
Think of Pluggerboard.com as:
1. A "digital light pole" or "cyber wall"
where posters of concerts, parties, and
other events are pasted, taped, and hung.
2. A storage bin for those event flyers that
get stuck under your windshield wiper and
wreck your nerves while driving.
3. The place where you will be able to find
that plugger or flyer that you seem to have
misplaced.
Definition
A "plugger" is a word used, in some Midwestern
urban cities, as a descriptive term
for what informational or event flyers
